Is delivery and setup free of charge?
Our service territory is a MAX of 45 miles from zip code 30127 and as follows:
0-15 miles FREE
16 or more miles, delivery fee will be calculated through our system. Any rentals between 31-45 miles, the total rental must be a minimum of $225 before taxes and fees.
Do we have to keep the blower that's attached to the inflatable plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in. Once unplugged the unit will deflate. We require an individual outlet per blower within 50' of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Jays Jumpin Bounceez LLC. is not responsible for bad weather, disruption of electrical service and/or unfavorable conditions that may arise and no charges or fees will be reimbursed as a result.
What form of payment do you accept & is sales tax included?
To help us avoid card processing fees and to keep our prices low, CASH is the preferred method. You can also pay with a CREDIT Card (VISA, MC, DISC or AMEX), PayPal, but the card must be available to be swiped/entered when you get your inflatable/rental. CashApp ($JJBounceezLLC) is accepted.
There will be a 2.9% Card Processing Fee for card transactions. Due to the inconvenience of returned personal checks, we no longer accept personal checks as a form of payment. We DO accept business, church and school checks.
In accordance with state/local laws, we charge sales tax on all rentals.
Do you require a deposit?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required on all inflatables to reserve them. If you cancel your order at least 72 hours prior to your rental date you will receive a rain check for up to one year to reschedule depending on availability.
