Foam Party Safety & Rules

At Epic Foam Parties by Jays, safety is our top priority. While our trained professional attendant will stay on-site to operate the foam machine, manage music, and oversee the event, we ask that all participants and parents follow these safety rules to ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience.

โœ… What We Provide:

  • A trained, friendly foam operator to run the machine and music

  • Setup and takedown of equipment

  • Safety checks before and during the event

  • Rule enforcement to keep playtime safe

๐Ÿ“‹ Participant Rules:

  1. No Running or Rough Play
Foam can make surfaces slightly slippery. Please walk carefully and avoid horseplay, pushing, or tackling.

  2. No Diving or Sliding Head First
While the foam is soft, the ground underneath is not padded. Please avoid diving or sliding to prevent injury.

  3. No Hiding Under Foam
We want everyone to remain visible at all times. No crouching or laying under thick foam piles.

  4. No Climbing on Equipment
Our foam machines and sound equipment are not for play. Please keep children and guests away from all operating equipment.

  5. Footwear Safety
Barefoot or secure water shoes are best. Avoid flip-flops or loose sandals that can get lost or cause tripping.

  6. Protect Your Eyes (Optional)
The foam is gentle and non-irritating, but younger children may enjoy wearing goggles for comfort.

  7. Keep Food & Drinks Away from the Foam Zone
To avoid choking hazards and keep the area safe and clean, please eat and drink away from the foam play area.

  8. Follow the Operator’s Instructions
Our attendant is there to ensure fun and safety—please listen and follow all guidance provided.

๐Ÿงผ Clean-Up? No Problem!

There’s no clean-up needed on your part! The foam will naturally dissipate within 15–30 minutes depending on the weather and surface. Our team handles all takedown and pack-up procedures.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Venue/Host Responsibilities:

  • Provide a flat surface (minimum 20' x 20'), clear of tripping hazards

  • Provide access to power and water within 100 ft of setup area

  • Ensure children are supervised when entering and exiting the foam zone

  • Inform guests in advance that they may get wet (swimsuits or change of clothes recommended)
